Fast Reliable Internet Coming to Crawford County

The Crawford County Economic Development Partnership (CCEDP) announces the Next Level Connections application through Mainstream Fiber will be awarded over $3 million for broadband infrastructure. Leveraged with private investment and local match the total project will be $5.77 million to connect Crawford County with high speed fiber.
“This is a tremendous day for Crawford County” says Morton Dale, Board President of the CCEDP “Broadband is the key to growth in the county and will allow us to grow our population and our businesses for decades to come. I am very thankful to everyone who has worked hard on this application and especially all the Crawford County people who have let their voices be heard: that connectivity is so very much needed”.
Further details to follow as the CCEDP will continue the lead in advancing broadband.

Created by Governor Holcomb, the $100 million Next Level Connections program is the largest single state investment in broadband. To date: $79 million awarded to 41 counties to provide broadband access to over 21,000 Hoosier homes and businesses.
